I have all of the items above saved in my favorites to elevate my Fall style. The colorblock skirt is SO chic and I love it with the oversized plaid blazer and chunky booties. I may or may not already have FOUR pairs of leopard print sneakers (I even have leopard high tops already!) but this new rugged pair by Vans have my name written all over them. I also already have a pair of the clear strap heels but I have worn them out this summer so I think I will replace them with this new cognac bottom pair. Lastly, I am obsessed with this rust colored maxi dress! The subtle cutouts on the waist give it just a little extra sexy factor. I’m all about it!

OH, and if you only buy one thing from this sale…may I suggest THESE Mother Denim corduroy skinnies! I bought them like a month ago and I am OBSESSED. I meant to take a pic in them for you but time got away from me and I wanted to share about this sale ASAP since it ends Oct 14th! Back to the pants…don’t be shocked that they aren’t as high-waisted as we have become accustomed to…because they are BEYOND comfy and such a great alternative to jeans! HIGHLY recommend! Oh, and I went up a size! I am usually a 27 and the 28 fit perfect.

More organized, you will be. On July 7th, Erin Condren officially released their Star Wars “back to school” collection. My son who is now TEN (if you can believe that) binge-watched all things Star Wars during 2020. So I could not wait to surprise him with his favorite Star Wars character-themed products. He even broke into song at one point when he saw baby Yoda.

There is something for every Star Wars fan in your life. From their fan-favorite “life planner” to academic planners, teacher lesson planners, and so much more. How amazing would a personalized lesson planner be for your child’s favorite teacher? I am saving that idea for “teacher appreciation” week this year!

Hello? Is there anybody out there? When I first started blogging over TEN years ago, I used to blog seven days a week. Then I went down to five days a week. And I did that for quite a long time. Then it went down to maybe once a month. If that. But here I am, still enjoying sharing with you guys. So thank you to my subscribers. For wanting my posts in your inbox. It means a lot.

Who here remembers the good ol’ 90’s straight leg jeans? The only difference between the pair I’m wearing and what I wore then, is the length. Our jeans used to be super long so we could wear our platform flip flops or wedges! LOL. I bought these about a year ago at The Gap (similar style here). Wait, is it The Gap or just GAP? I swear it used to be called The Gap. Showing my age again.

Anywho…I like wearing straight leg jeans with sandals as is. But with sneakers, I have to show a little ankle so I rolled these up once. I’ve gotten so used to high-rise jeans that these almost feel like low riders. Although my husband kept calling them my “mom jeans” so they must not be too low-rise.

FYI, I found these sneakers (btw, I call them tennis shoes IRL) in the men’s section. So if you ever find a pair that you love and your size is sold out, check out the men’s and go down two sizes. I am a true 7 so a men’s size 5 fits me perfectly.

Have you guys jumped on the straight leg trend?
