Am I the last person on the planet to hear about Lucky Brand stores?!?! I guess I had heard of the brand but never realized they had their own retail stores?!? I happened to stop in on a recent trip to the mall with my mom and boy was she sorry we did. Because I proceeded to try on clothes for the next half hour while we were running late for another errand. Although she did get to reminisce about her younger years since everything was SO boho 70’s (in her words). We were just on our way out when I saw this dress on display on the mannequin in the window. And then I saw a white denim mini skirt (on my must-have list for Summer), this off the shoulder dress and a matching top! I ended up coming home with the skirt and the white embroidered off the shoulder top. If you haven’t tried Lucky Brand clothing, I would say the fit is very true to size (not jr sizing). I went with a 27 in the skirt and a small in the top. Check out more of my favorites below (click on any image to be redirected for more info or to purchase).

Every year I inevitably add a few new striped dresses to my closet. And this just so happens to be my most recent score! I’m wearing the “Captain Dress” from cabi’s New Arrivals Two Collection,  “Coastal Cafe”. It is just one of 12 new pieces that will be debuted on on May 4th. I am a sucker for all things nautical, and well, I just can’t seem to get enough of lace-up everything these days. How cute is that neckline? The vertical striped side panels at the hemline also give this adorable dress a little something extra.

I bought this dress as an option for Fashion Week El Paseo but ended up wearing this one instead. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress and still can’t believe that it cost less than $35! It is made SO well and reminds me of this shorter much more expensive dress. It was sold out but is now back in stock! Speaking of great prices, Baublebar is having their Spring Sale and some of their top selling Spring pieces are now on sale at up to 50% off (ends 4/27)! I’m loving this bib necklace and this lariat choker!

Deja Vu

I’ve had this skirt for a few years now (see how I wore it in 2014 here) and each year I keep seeing a similar version pop up for Spring. When I first bought it, I didn’t know how often I would wear it since I don’t usually like myself in longer lengths but it’s totally grown on me. I linked to an almost identical version of it for you below. I picked up the bodysuit on a quick (by quick I mean I didn’t try anything on cuz lets be honest…a Target run is NEVER quick) Target run without trying it on. I wore it on my shoulders but apparently it was meant to be worn off the shoulder. Which is fine with me…you know I love me a good off the shoulder top/dress!

For once I am so backed up with photos that I still have pics from months ago that haven’t made it to the blog. So what better time than the present to share this look before it’s WAY too late. I loved these boots SO much that I ended up buying them in the acorn/cognac color as well…and wouldn’t you know it…I haven’t even worn them once! Can we still wear OTK boots during the Spring months? I’m afraid I missed the boat this year!
