I bought this dress last year on sale and never got around to wearing it until now. So thank goodness I am still off-the-shouder obsessed. I haven’t fallen in love with a particular style since the “peplum top” days. If you’ve been following my blog for several years then you prob remember the peplum obsession. =) And you get extra credit points if you remember the bubble necklace.
