Philosophy Booster C Powder

Vitamin C seems to be all the rage these days in the anti-aging department so I could not wait to add this power product to my routine. I decided to try Philosophy’s Turbo Booster C Powder because it can be mixed in with ANY serum or moisturizer. I don’t know about you but I always get confused as to what order you are supposed to put your serums/moisturizers/spf’s on. I’ve been mixing it with my favorite CeraVe face moisturizer with SPF so I feel like I am getting three steps done in one. I honestly feel like my skin looks brighter and primed as soon as I put it on. And since this is a “convertible” vitamin c product, you don’t have to worry about losing potency as you do with other products. I imagine some people will find it kind of messy but as long as you pump your lotion/serum into the palm of your hands (and not your tips of your fingers) and then mix in your scoop of powder, it is a lot less messy and you won’t lose as much product. I’ve been using this since I got it for Christmas and love it! Have you added Vitamin C to your skincare routine? I’d love to hear your faves in the comments!

My moisturizer is an oil or cream to oil. Do you think it would mix with an oil?

Hi Sarah Beth! I have to admit I thought for SURE it wouldn’t mix well with an oil but I just mixed it with a sample of La Prairie’s dry oil that I got in a subscription box and it blended wonderfully! Let me know if you try it!
