Phillip Lim for Target Boom Sweatshirt

Boom

debbie gibson

I was totally looking forward to the rain today so I could dress all cute & cozy. Then I saw this sweatshirt folded up in my closet calling my name and called it a day. As soon as my husband walked in the door, he said he thought I was getting an 80’s Halloween costume together and proceeded to call me Debbie Gibson for the rest of the day. After pulling up these pics (above), um…I think he’s on to something?!?

Outfit Details:
Phillip Lim for Target Boom Sweatshirt
Level 99 Twist Seam SJP Boyfriend Jeans c/o Swirl Boutique (Call 760-753-0870 to order)
Forever21 Booties
Michael Kors Runway Watch
Comic Book

And then because I just couldn’t help myself, I had quite a laugh playing in the mac photo booth. This is the comic book effect, obvi! =)

Oh man, talk about a blast from the past!!! I bet if I asked the kids that I teach who that was they would just give me a blank stare.

I adore this sweatshirt and the entire look! I love the 1980’s so the fact that this look is right out of “Valley Girl” works for me!!

stylized photo booth pics are awesome – both convey a sense of 80s and a comic book layout
