prabal gurung for target neon strappy heels

i’m wearing: target blouse (LOVE this top…bought it in two colors and so did my mom), willow & clay sequin shoulder cardigan from nordstrom rack, spike the punch necklace, jcrew distressed toothpick jeans and my prabal gurung for target neon strappy heels.

lately i’ve been reaching for simple easy outfits that don’t require much thought. and i think i am officially back on a jeans kick. these neon strappy heels gave an otherwise casual outfit just the kick of color it needed. now if only the dang fasteners would stay shut. instead of a regular buckle, they have a funky clasp that kept popping open. luckily i had on pants so you couldn’t see it but it’s kinda annoying because i really like these heels. they are the perfect height for me!

btw…as i wrote this…height sounded wrong to me so i looked up the word “heighth“. the responses had me laughing. must be a southern ca thing. hey…at least we don’t say we are “on line” while waiting “in line” like you east coasters. =) this should totally be a question on cash cab.

I’m from NC and I hate when people say “on line”. It sounds so pretentious! You’re not on a line, you’re in a line! Geez. lol

Love this look on you. I might have to go try those jeans, I’m in need of a new pair. Somehow the knees on my favorite pair are all worn out. Probably from chasing a toddler around and always bending down. They need to make super reinforced knees on jeans for moms.

This is perfect. Easy to put together but totally chic. I’m so debating those heels but can’t decide if I’ll get the use. GOing to check out that Target top!

You look great! My favorite part is defiantly the pop of color. I have a pair of shoes that the buckle never stays closed, I know how annoying that can be. Can’t wait to keep following and get inspired by your effortless looks.

LOVE it. The shoes make for a great pop of color, and the sweater I’m wearing today is similar to it. 🙂

I hope you’ll keep an eye out on my blog later today. I’ll be featuring this as one of the looks I love today.

Love your outfit, the green is a perfect touch. I have to say though, I live in North Carolina (and have all my life) and I’ve never heard anyone say they were “on line”. We’ll all stand “in line” in this neck of the woods. Maybe this isn’t the part of the east coast that you were referring to, but I just wanted to clear that up 🙂
