i’m wearing: zara horse head blouse, paige skinny jeans, steve madden boots (similar), monogrammed necklace c/o bestpersonalizedjewelry.com, marc jacobs aviators and “living water” by cult nails on my nails.

this weekend i went to brunch with a few of my girlfriends to celebrate a birthday. every time we get together i wonder why we don’t make more of an effort to do it more often. we talked and laughed for hours about anything and everything. in the 20+ years i have known these girls (i still don’t feel like we are “ladies” even though i know we are)…nothing has changed and everything has changed. does that make sense? i am so lucky to have them in my life.

I love the friends you make that not matter how long it is between seeing each other, you can still get together and talk, laugh and just be best friends. Thats so special, and I’m so thankful I have friends like that too! On a lighter note I love your hair up! I feel like it looks so glamorous! haha (I’m jealous because my hair never stays that straight/smooth for a pony).

Love your blouse! I totally know what you mean when you say nothing has changed and everything has changed! It’s the same with my friends, we may be older, some married, some with kids but when we are together we are still the same giggly girls we were when we were younger! :0
