i’m wearing: splendid flannel dress (old), one grey day sweater c/o excess baggage, MIA booties and shopbop necklace.

do you guys get flu shots? i only started after having eep. and i feel like such an old person. i mean, who willingly goes in to get an unnecessary shot? i had to pick up a few prescriptions (as old people often do…lol) at CVS so i just popped into the minute clinic to get a flu shot while i was there. and now my husband is upset because he is the only one who didn’t get one this year.

p.s. my sweater in this post is by one grey day. you might remember my other ogd sweater here (and here). both are so unique and yet so totally wearable. i love the fun cutouts, asymmetrical lines & zippers!!!

I have been getting flu shots every year since they were available…except for the one year I forgot and seriously regretted it – will never do that again! 🙁

Um, can we just talk about this plaid dress? I want to steal it from you…and the booties too!

We are required to have a flu shot in order to come to work (I work in the ED). It’s kinda crazy actually, but I mean who wants the flu? Your better off 🙂

You look so cute in plaid!

    Great sweater!
I’ve been getting flu shots pretty regularly, especially the last 4 years since my office offers them for free. Good thinking, considering you don’t want all your employees getting sick and missing work. But even before that, I guess I just figured I’d kick myself if I got the flu and didn’t get a shot.

I definitely get a flu shot now. I caught the flu a few years ago and felt like I was dying. I love your gray boots! So cute.

I had my first flu shot this year literally in years – at least since middle school, probably. Decided to because my family has been passing crap back and forth like the plague for 2 months and it’s driving me CRAZY.

In other news, love love L-O-V-E this outfit. So comfy casual chic – that sweater is DOPE, and don’t even get me started on the booties. Imma have to recreate this look – hope you don’t mind!!

I totally try to get them every year (when I remember, since I AM old). When I was in the military, it was mandatory that we got them every year, and it became habit.

Totally love your outfit today, but what’s this? No flamingo-ing?

I love this gray sweater, the cut is so cute and fun. I don’t usually get the flu shot. A few years ago I got one and got sicker than I normally do, so I stopped doing it! But if I was around little kids a lot (or had kids of my own), I would probably try to get it every year!

love the grey boots, but it does look like you’re having much less grey weather than we are up here in WA.

I like how you wore a sweater over a dress for a different way to style a dress in the Fall/Winter!

LOVE the laid-back look of this! The flannel dress is great! And, yes, I did get my flu shot this year (I don’t usually) and I was sooo pleased that it didn’t hurt at all!! I was pretty nervous about it at first. Yay for no flu! (?) haha
