i’m wearing: target tank, rich & skinny midi denim pencil skirt, bcbg leopard print heels, f21 necklace, michael kors watch, kooba bag and necklace is c/o linz gutz.

i have three jean mini skirts that have sat in my closet for years unworn. i never found them to be very comfortable because they always rode up when i walked and became even shorter. then when i saw this denim pencil skirt, i wasn’t sure if i loved it or hated it. i may take it in to get it hemmed. but then again, i kind of like the midi length. how do you feel about denim skirts???

I actually like the longer length because it feels more modern & chic. Pretty sure my pear-shape could NOT pull this style off, but it looks adorable on you! πŸ™‚

I’m pretty sure most people would have had a longer length denim skirt in their wardrobe, and cut it off to make a mini, and are now kicking themselves that they’re back in fashion!

I have a denim pencil skirt. It’s very flattering but I find it can be hard to style.

I have 2 denim skirts in my closet and my favorite is similar in length to the one you are wearing, it is from rock and republic when it was sold at fine department stores. The cut on that skirt is amazing, I will wear it until I cannot wear it anymore… Love how you styled this one, and agree a lot of the mini jean skirts just ride up.

Did you see the DKNY collection for SS13? They had some gorgeous outfits with denim. I think you could fit in quite well with this look, as a DKNY girl! Casual but chic. Very stylish.
