i’m wearing: target tank, ethnic print skirt from tillys, helen ficalora charm necklaces, various bracelets and old navy sandals.

is it just me or do you guys come home with new clothes only to realize you already own something very similar? after i brought this skirt home, i realized it kinda reminded me of this one. this is where you guys chime in…”noooooo….they are totally different….you definitely made the right choice to buy it”! =) i figured it will be a great transitional piece for fall. btw…can you believe it is already august?!?  i just barely bought my first bathing suits and it’s practically fall!!!

Totally different skirts Jenn, not the same at all! 😉 Love the maxi skirt on you, and a great transition to fall piece!

I do that all the time. Especially with sweaters.

It’s such a simple outfit but just flows together well! I finally broke down & bought a maxi skirt but I just felt like a nun. Lol. So I hiked it up and wear it as a tube dress now 😉

I’ve still been shopping for summer clothes! Guess it’s time to switch brain waves huh? Summer goes by way too fast.

Totally different…right choice, right choice! Loving the color combination in this one! Fits right in with my current chevron obsession…especially with bags…(see most recent post). Perfect summer and transitional to fall look. Also loving the coordination bracelets!

It is a great transition piece! And you can certainly run around in it! I know, the summer just flew by. Luckily we have a family vacay coming up, so it’s not officially over yet 😉

I always try to avoid buying repeats, but when I do I always think, why did I do that? But you’re right, these skirts are totally different and you definitely need both 😉

Those skirts are definitely different. Loving the print in this one. Aren’t those Target tanks the best? I literally have them in every color and wear them more than I should. And no I don’t want to believe it’s August…I’m not ready for Fall-I was just starting to enjoy Summer!
