i bought myself a clipless curling iron for christmas last year and it was a complete disaster. it was tapered and no matter how many times i tried to use it, my hair just slid off the barrel. so i was SUPER excited when jose eber sent me a brand new NON tapered clipless curling iron. it is SO easy to use that i had perfect beachy waves the first time i used it (click here to see for yourself). i will NEVER go back to using a regular curling iron OR straightener for curling my hair again. seriously you guys. i know this sounds too good to be true, but i love it that much. i used to use a straightener so i wouldn’t get the “structured” curls you get with a regular iron but honestly…this is so much less time consuming AND i got the loose waves i was looking for!

tip: to create my waves, i curl my hair in two sections. i pull my sides up and do the underneath first. and i also do all of my curls holding the iron upside down as shown in my firstΒ  pic. that way the curls go away from my face. i am afraid of vlogging, but you can click here to watch video tutorials on how to use the clipless iron.

***jose eber provided me with this curling iron for reviewing purposes. all opinions are my own.

This is soo fun. I have super straight hair. It hardly holds curl. But maybe it will do the wave thing. Thanks for introducing such an awesome product. Oh and I love the Petite Series Flat Iron.

Your hair looks gorgeous! I’ve never tried a clipless iron before…I use my flat iron for curling but it takes forever so I don’t do it too often. Have a great weekend!

I’ve been meaning to get a new curling iron – your tips came at the perfect time! Gorgeous waves! What products did you use in your hair? I just bought a curl enhancer by Kevin.Murphy that actually helps holds a curl in my otherwise flat hair.

the skirt you asked about is not thrifted, but as long as i’ve had i could almost say that it is. i got it from benetton 5+ years ago.

p.s. your beachy waves are gorgeous! i’m terrible with a curling iron πŸ™

Love the loose curls. You make it seem so easy, I will try it and hopefully they look just as nice as yours.
