i’m wearing: (outfit one) thrifted vintage dress, star ling heels, foley & corinna disco city bag, michael kors watch, loft bracelet and marc jacob aviators. (second outfit) jbrand jeans and target necklace.

i bought this dress a few weeks ago at an estate sale. it’s two separate pieces so while i love it together as a dress, i will for sure be wearing the skirt and top separately as well. the print is very DVF-esque, don’t you think? anywho…we had date night on friday night and saw 21 jumpstreet at the new cinepolis theater. i wasn’t super excited to see that movie but it ended up being hilarious. like i would go back and see it again hilarious. and then i spent the rest of the weekend in bed with some sort of flu bug. i haven’t slept this much in forever. now i just can’t wait to feel better again! how was your weekend???

p.s. i am linking up with @glamamom today for monday mingle!

Nice! I love that it’s a dress and skirt/top combo. So many possibilities! I hope you get to feeling better soon! I haven’t been ‘sick’ but allergies have been getting to me pretty badly which is like being sick with no cure. 🙁

I like how you turned the dress into a top, and yes it has a DVF vibe! I tried shooting on the AV setting and also the P and M setting. I am not really sure if I can tell the differences to be quite honest. And also, I was told that I need to get photoshop or lightroom to create the editorial ‘glaze.’ Are you serious? All this $$$ spent on a camera I gotta put in more dough?
