after the summer-like weather we’ve been having, it was fuh-reezing today (and we even got a little rain)! in actuality, it was 57 degrees out…but i’m telling you i could see the frosty air from my breath in the house. even though i had the thermostat set at like 71 all day (don’t tell my hubby). yeah, i don’t know how i survived in nyc either. it’s ok if the sun is shining and it’s cold but cold AND grey is so DREARY. at least it gave me a chance to play around with valentines day manicure ideas. i started with “french affair” by essie, added “brooklyn” by julep to my ring finger and then finally added a coat of “a cut above” by essie.

p.s. happy birthday to my little brother who turns the BIG “30” today! i love you & miss you!!! xoxo, sissy
