i haven’t had time to try out my products yet but i wanted to show you what i got this month. but don’t worry, i will definitely let you know if/when anything is a MUST-HAVE item. i am intrigued by the lip tattoo’s although i am WAY too old to wear them…lol. but i will definitely try them and show you what they look like just for fun! btw, you guys…i really am officially old. i was listening to katy perry’s “last friday night” song and got annoyed thinking of how bad the lyrics are for young teens to hear. because you know that is who listens to her music…oh, and this old lady. =)

jouer luminizing moister tint: the formula has light-diffusing minerals, which give skin a soft glow and also smooth over any fine lines. antioxidants like ginseng and gingko biloba leaf extract help improve skin, and SPF 20 wards off UVA and UVB rays.

benta berry g1 moisturizing face cream: beyond its intense moisturizing powers, the creamy formula also regulates skin’s oil levels with a botanical brigade. blueberry and white dead-nettle purify skin, while jasmine, burdock, and mandarin reduce breakouts and redness. the light, refreshing scent was designed with both genders in mind.

violent lips lip tattoo: from cute polka dots to look-at-me leopard prints, violent lips come in patterns to suit every adventurous fashionista. each temporary tattoo lasts up to eight hours and is strong enough to stay put through dinner, dancing, and even your good night kiss. Better yet? not only will your lips look fierce, but the FDA-approved appliques are made with vitamins and botanical oils to reveal a revitalized pout once removed.

dermalogica daily microfoliant: when you mix the fine powder with water, it turns into a creamy paste that polishes skin’s surface with a mix of chemical and physical exfoliators. the rice bran base is rich in phytic acid, famed for its brightening and softening properties. other actives include papaya enzyme, salicylic acid, and finely ground colloidal oatmeal, all proven to smooth skin and remove debris.

supersmile powdered mouthrinse: supersmile’s powder rinse contains Calprox®, a whitening weapon unlike any other. a mild form of calcium peroxide, Calprox® safely gets rid of stains without damaging your enamel. meanwhile, sodium bicarbonate eliminates germs and plaque. since the formula doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol, there’s none of the stinging sensation associated with certain blue mouthwashes that shall go unnamed.

for anyone who doesn’t know about birchbox, it is a subscription service that delivers a cute box of deluxe beauty product samples (occasionally full size products too) every month. for only $10 a month, it is TOTALLY worth it to me! the last i heard, the subscriptions were sold out but you can join the waiting list by clicking here.

Yay – can’t wait to get mine…it hasn’t arrived yet! By the way, I use the SuperSmile toothpaste and it is the best whitening product I’ve used (short of the actual bleach you get at the dentist’s office)! Can’t wait to see you wear the lip tattoos 🙂

Lip tattoos! Can’t wait to see you wear it! 🙂 You should put it on and go talk to your husband. That’s what I’d do, just to see his priceless reaction. Haha.

And yeah, totally know what you mean about Last Friday Night. I’m starting to think a lot of things are very inappropriate and wish I could shield my daughter. Even kissing scenes.

I also received the dermalogica exfoliant, I’m interested in seeing how it works as it is a powdered formula. The jouer moisturizer is AMAZING! I’ve received a few great products through birchbox and this one definitely is on the top of my list. The shade I received may be a bit light for my skintone once it’s Summer, so I’ll go up to the next but the formula is fantastic! Can’t wait to hear your reviews on the lip tattoo I got the peel and stick eyeliner..lol.

the items you got in the box looks like a handful of goodies that you’ll have fun playing! I think it’s a great idea with these boxes since you can always try something new without paying the full retail price for it!

I got the lip tattoos, too, and was sort of freaked out by them at first — I mean, what? But I’ll also admit to being intrigued. Mine are bright pink glitter (!), so I think I would be mostly wearing them around the house to make my boyfriend laugh, but hey . . . could be fun!

I saw the lip tattoos at a candy store. I was intrigued so I’ll be excited to see you wear them! I think they would be fun for Halloween or some a theme party. I received eyeliner appliqués which I will definitely use because I’m not good at creating a dramatic eye with liquid liner!

Ha Ha! I was complaining to my husband about how bad the show ‘Jersey Shore’ was for teens and he said if I was a teen I would be watching it. I guess I’m officially old!

I don’t understand the appeal of the Violent Lips. I think they’re one of those things that only works on the runway, or something…not practical for the real world! I guess they would be fun to try once, though.

I cancelled my Birchbox subscription a few months ago, and I’d like to resubscribe but it seems like they rarely send makeup anymore, just skincare items. Thanks for posting what you got in your box, though–I like to see what everyone receives!

Finally, I figured out what was off about the Benta Berry scent! It smells a bit masculine, not typical for any face cream I’ve tried. I think it really wasn’t for me, though.

I did my unboxing and review here:
