if you follow me on twitter, then you may have seen some of my tweets from the CAbi spring 2012 fashion show. for lack of a better way to say it, CAbi is like a scentsy or tupperware party only…with CLOTHES.  in other words, to get your hands on these clothes…you must attend a CAbi home show. i was one of five bloggers invited to attend the CAbi fashion show and get all of the behind the scenes “scoop” on what it is to be a CAbi independent fashion consultant. this event was HUGE. like as big as blogher HUGE. we were surrounded by 3000 women who were genuinely pumped up and excited to be a part of this company.

nothing like taking pics with a bunch of bloggers. we all understand how many pics it takes to get just ONE where we are all looking at the right camera! these ladies were awesome. from left to right: me, annelis & kristin from bonbon rose girls, andrea from savvy sassy moms, marie from CAbi Canary, tammy from a mom in red high heels and blessing from working moms journal.

i wore a f21 dress, steve madden pumps, whbm coat, target necklace and marc jacobs bag. these shoes about killed me. i am not used to walking around in heels for 7 hours anymore. i think i still have blisters.  BIG thanks to blessing for taking these pics for me. you guys would love her. i kept video bombing her with my phone and she was a trooper! =)

HUGE CAbi posters as we walked toward the fashion show.

a slideshow that was going on during the fashion show. this pretty much summed it up for me. this was some much needed “girl time”. the energy & excitement in the room was contagious.

my absolute faves from the spring collection are these blush colored jeans, these yellow denim jeans and this blazer/jacket. i LOVE the cobalt dress on the far right of this pic too but it is not showing on the CAbi website. hoping it isn’t sold out already?!?! btw, you can click here to see more footage/video from the runway.

CONFETTI. forget glitter…there is nothing like CONFETTI. i think confetti bombs should go off whenever i enter a room now. =)

at the end of the evening we went shopping for “vintage” CAbi. this pic does not show the craziness of how busy it was in there. i was on the verge of tears because of how bad my feet hurt but NOTHING stops this lady from shopping. i scored some really cute CAbi pieces from past seasons at huge discounts. you will see them on the blog soon….promise!

a BIG thank you to CAbi for taking such good care of us. i had such a great time! to learn more about CAbi, click here. you can also follow them on twitter and like them on facebook.

disclosure: accommodations were provided by CAbi. i also received a gift card to spend at the CAbi shopping event.

This sounds awesome – so jealous you got to meet the Bon Bon Rose Girls!! You look beautiful, as always…but I know what you’re saying about your feet – that happened to me at FNO last year in NYC. My toes were literally numb for 4 days after!! 🙁

It was nice meeting you! You should send me that video of me making silly faces. I really enjoyed my time in that warm weather! And CAbi definitely knows how to spoil bloggers.

The cobalt dress is the Willow Double Dress on the website – it can be worn without or without the print on top so you’re seeing it without in that picture but the online photos show it with. I love it too 🙂

I didn’t know you went to Scoop this year! I went last year and met up with some bloggers as well. My mom has been a consultant for almost ten years, so half my wardrobe is CAbi! It’s the best quality and I love it to bits! Hope you enjoyed Scoop. Sooo many fun and crazy women in one room. ; )
