i used to think i didn’t wear much makeup but the older i get, the more skincare products creep into my routine! i’m currently loving my bare escentuals skin & eye rev-er uppers. oh and concealer…i don’t think there is a concealer in the world that can cover my new momma bags, but i am doing my best with my make up forever cream concealer in addition to the bare escentuals powder concealer. i love that stuff…i use it to cover everything from freckles to pimples and even broken capillaries! i never wore blush my entire life until i got my makeup done at the MAC counter before my wedding (i did my own makeup the day of). i always buy my lipsticks/gloss at the local drugstore but splurge on the lipliner so it goes on effortlessly. nothing is worse than cheap lipliner that is dry and sticks to your lip so you end up with irritated skin around your mouth! i switch back & forth between loreal and lancome for my mascara but curling my lashes is always a must! and my new favorite product in the world is my MAC fix+ spray…it is a mix of vitamins & minerals that really refreshes your face and sets your makeup….loooooove it!

that’s a close up of what’s in my makeup bag…what’s in yours?

Omigosh… I dont know what I would do without my MAC Fix+ Spray! It feels so refreshing and really does set your makeup, at the end of the day it still looks freshly done. I recently purchased MAC’s Rapid Black liquid liner for my “cat eye” look. Feel naked without it!
And your right, it is funny when we start becoming attached to new makeup items. As long as it feels good and makes us look pretty what’s the harm in that?! (I think I need a bigger makeup bag…)
